CarHaulHQ is built by the owner of Auto Transport Solutions LLC — a working 16-truck carrier. Yes, we run trucks too. Here is exactly how we made it so our carrier business cannot peek at yours.
The one-sentence version: you enter your own keys, they are encrypted and never shown on any screen — ours included — your bots run on a server that is yours alone, and the contract says we never use your data to compete for your loads, brokers, or lanes. Period.
The six protections
- You enter your keys yourself. Super Dispatch and phone-system credentials go into YOUR portal over HTTPS. You never text or email them to a human — not even to us.
- Encrypted, never displayed. Credentials are encrypted at rest. No screen anywhere in CarHaulHQ shows them — our admin view says "Connected ✓" and nothing else.
- Your own isolated server. Your automations run on a dedicated server for your company. No shared database with any other carrier — including Auto Transport Solutions.
- No cross-over reporting. Your rates, lanes, brokers, and customer lists never appear in any report visible to our carrier operation. All system access is logged.
- It is in the contract. Our service agreement states in writing: we will never use your dispatch data to compete for your loads, brokers, or lanes. That clause has teeth — breach it and you owe us nothing, ever.
- Leave clean. Cancel anytime: your server is wiped, your keys are disconnected, and we remind you to rotate them on your side so even the ghosts are gone.
